There is a small % fee per job, payable by the housing provider, to Repair My Home for using the platform. There are no other subscription costs, on-boarding fees, platform fees or other monthly standing charges,

How does Repair My Home work?
- Repair My Home supports contractors and small-medium enterprises (SMEs) by connecting them with public sector job opportunities.
- We recruit contractors (SSIP registered) with the support of national and local builders merchants partners
- Landlord/Housing Provider places individual jobs on the portal such as Backlog, One Off or Day to Day Repairs, Complex works such as damp and mould, Compliance and Void works etc
- Three or more quotes are targeted from our pool of local contractors.
- Landlords then decides on which contractor to go with
- Contractor carries out work and evidence is provided (e.g before and after photos which are posted to the portal)
- Any variations are managed between the landlord and contractor
- Invoicing and payments are processed through the platform.
- The RMH reporting dashboard enables landlords to monitor job status, trade analysis and area coverage for easy reporting.
